Jacobs Way – Park Reservation Form

The Jacobs Way Park is reserved for the use of Jacobs Way homeowners and their guests only. The park is available on a first-come/first-served basis. Only the pavilion and bathroom facilities may be reserved.

Please note the following:

• Two weeks' notice is required to reserve the park facilities.
• There is a $100 reservation fee, and homeowners can pay their deposit through Vantaca.net. After the event, your deposit will be returned upon verification that the park has been restored to the condition it was in prior to the event.
• Only homeowners who are current on their assessments may reserve the park.
• Park hours are between dawn and dusk only.
• The bathroom will be unlocked and cleaned one-half hour before your event and will be locked at the end of your reserved timeframe.
• The homeowner is responsible for removing all trash and personal belongings from the park after the event.
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park.
• There is to be no parking on the grass, as there is irrigation and landscape lighting throughout the area. Any damage to the irrigation system or landscape lighting will be the responsibility of the resident reserving the park/picnic pavilion.
• Please be advised that parking is very limited at the park. There are 10 parking spaces, including one handicap-accessible space. Please keep this in mind when reserving the park/picnic pavilion and consider having additional vehicles park at your residence.
• In case of emergency, call 9-1-1. Please report misuse or damage to Elim Services at (904) 241-8886 or Info@ElimServices.com.
• Any damage incurred to the facility will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
